PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attribute value imparting device and an attribute value imparting program for automatically imparting an R attribute value to a ridge line of a model shown in penetration surface data. SOLUTION: A ridge line between surfaces in a bending direction different from a bending direction of surfaces which hold a ridge line with an R attribute value being a radius value of a filet shape imparted thereto in advance is eliminated from candidate ridge lines where the R attribute value of the attribute-imparted ridge line can be imparted, and the same R attribute value as the R attribute value of the attribute-imparted ridge line is imparted to a ridge line belonging to any group of ridge lines out of a group of loop ridge lines extracted from the eliminated ridge line, a group of normal ridge lines, a group of ridge lines where the number of ridge lines belonging to the group of ridge lines is the largest, and a group of ridge lines where an angle made by a ridge line branching from a common ridge line and a ridge line of a branch source becomes the largest.
