Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polybutyrene terephthalate based polyester resin composition having high ratio of bio-mass degree derived from a non-petroleum material, being in resource-saving, being gentle for environment with an incineration residue and having high elongation at break, impact-resistance and high load deflection temperature. SOLUTION: The polyester resin composition is characterized in that 10-90 pts.mass of a polybutyrene succinate based resin (B) and 1-50 pts.mass of a glycidyl methacrylate copolymer (C) are formulated based on 100 pts.mass of a polybutyrene terephthalate and/or its copolymer (A) having a melting point of 180-230°C. Further, in the polyester resin composition, the preferable embodiment is that the glycidyl methacrylate copolymer (C) includes one kind or more of a monomer selected from ethylene, styrene, vinyl acetate, acrylate and methacrylate and glycidyl methacrylate.
