Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire harness protector for a panel penetrating portion which allows a wire harness to be pulled out easily, when necessary, in vehicle dismantling work, or the like. SOLUTION: The wire harness protector 1 for the panel-penetrating portion protects the circular wire harness W, made of a hard resin material and fixed to a through-hole Pa of a panel P. The protector 1 is divided into two components: an inner peripheral side member 20, having a through-hole 21a for making the wire harness W to penetrate therethrough and an outer peripheral member 10, holding the inner peripheral side member, fitted inside thereof and being fixed to the inner periphery of the through-hole Pa of the panel P by lock portions 14 disposed on the outer periphery. The outer peripheral member 10 is, further, divided into four blocks 11A to 11D each having the lock portion 14, and spaces 12 enabling inward shift of the blocks are formed between the blocks. The spacers 22 are formed integrally on the inner peripheral side member 20 and fitted into the spaces 12, to exhibit wedge effects, causing the blocks 11A to 11D to shift toward the outside.
