Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing device of a fuel cell enhancing positioning accuracy of the laminate position of a metallic separator having a warpage, preventing slippage of the metallic separator caused by a pressing process, and stabilizing the performance of the fuel cell, and to provide the manufacturing method and the metallic separator. SOLUTION: The manufacturing device 500 of the fuel cell includes a placing surface 554 for laminating a membrane electrode assembly 30 and a metallic separator 200 having a warpage generated by press forming; a regulating member 551 extending from the placing surface along the lamination direction of the membrane electrode assembly and the metallic separator and with which an engaging part 231 formed on at least one end side of at least the metallic separator is engaged; a lamination tool 550 laminating while the engaging part of at least the metallic separator is engaged with the regulating member; and a press mold 530 pressing the membrane electrode assembly and the metallic separator laminated in the laminating direction while guiding the engaged part along the regulating member.
