PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stacking method and a stacker device for a label paper wherein the label paper 6 with a predetermined length issued by a label printer 1 is dropped and stored in the stacker device 2 in the appropriate stacking condition, and, with a simple constitution, clogging of the label paper 6 in an upper part of a stacker body 10 can be eliminated and a tip part 6A of the label paper 6 entering later is prevented from stripping a label piece 9 of the label paper 6 already aligned. SOLUTION: For differentiating the issuing direction H of the label paper 6 issued from an issuing port 7 of the label printer 1 from the entering and stacking direction S in the stacker device 2, the label paper 6 is dropped obliquely from above an upper opening part 11 into a stacking space 12 of the stacker device 2 by arranging the stacker device 2 in the orientation rotated within a horizontal plane by a predetermined angle θ with respect to the issuing direction H of the label paper 6 by the label printer 1.
