PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable check device for pointing and calling, which prompts an operator to perform pointing and calling, and which checks its performing state. SOLUTION: The portable check device 1 for pointing and calling includes: a voice signal generation section 2 for outputting a predetermined voice signal, when a starting signal is input; a microphone 3; a voice recorder section 4 for recording a voice signal which is output by the microphone 3 only in a period when a record signal continues; a speaker 5 in which the voice signal which is output from the voice signal generation section 2, or the voice signal which is output from the voice recorder section 4 is input; a playback switch 6; and a control section 7. The control section 7 outputs the start signal to the voice signal generation section 2 for each preset time, while outputting the record signal to the voice recorder section 4 only for the preset period.
