Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a modified diene-based rubber composition having excellent rolling frictional resistance characteristics, grip characteristics and friction resistance. SOLUTION: The modified diene-based rubber composition is formed by mixing 5 to 100 pts.wt. silica to 100 pts.wt. rubber component and 0 to 10 wt.% silane coupling agent to the weight of the silica. The rubber component contains 10 to 80 wt.% modified diene-based rubber which is formed by modifying a diene-based rubber obtained by polymerizing a diolefin having a conjugated double bond using a catalyst comprising a cobalt compound (A), an organic aluminum compound (B) and water (C) by using an organosilicon compound containing an amino group and an alkoxy group to be a modifying agent and has a cis-1,4 structure occupying ≥80% recurring units thereof, a weight-average molecular weight (Mw) of 20,000 to 1,000,000 by GPC and ≥10 ppm nitrogen content originating from the modifying agent.
