PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in a flood light device used for a vehicle speed monitor, in which necessary illuminance is required for a floodlit object regardless of a distance between vehicles, speed, a size of the vehicle, or the like, however, when the distance with the floodlit object or the size is difficult to specify due to movement of the vehicle in high speed or the like, a device combined with a plurality of floodlight devices such as for short distances or long distances is used, and thus, there is a difficulty in operability, economical efficiency or the like. SOLUTION: The floodlight device capable of securing a wide angle of view and necessary illuminance independent of a distance, size and speed of the floodlit object, can be achieved by combining a paraboloid-like mirror or a spheroidal planar mirror, and a complex type condenser lens consisting of a plurality of condenser lenses with the same optical axis but different focal lengths, shape dimensions and image positions.
