Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust an amount of incident light to an output optical fiber within a specific range while suppressing drift to suppress the change of a mirror angle with time in an optical switch. SOLUTION: The optical switch 50 includes: an optical fiber array composed of an input optical fiber and a plurality of output fibers; a movable frame 2 rotatably supported via a first support beam 3 on a first substrate; a movable mirror 4 rotatably supported via a second beam 5 on the movable frame 2; and an electrode which electrostatically drive the movable frame 2 and the movable mirror 4. The optical switch 50 determines the inclination position of the movable frame 2 by bringing the movable frame 2 into contact with a second substrate 11 when the movable frame 2 has rotated a specific angle, and adjust the amount of the incident light to the output optical fiber by rotating the movable mirror 4 in the state that the movable frame 2 is brought into contact with the second substrate 11.
