Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To replace a fluid in an injection head at a proper timing. SOLUTION: A fluid in a container is injected from an injection head, and outside the injection head, a fluid storage is provided. When the fluid is stored in this fluid storage, at least a part of components of the fluid can be exchanged with the air, and thereby the fluid in the fluid storage can be reduced as time advances. Then, when the fluid in the fluid storage is reduced by a predetermined amount, the liquid in the injection head is replaced with that in the container. The fluid storage and the injection head are exposed to nearly the same environment, and the same can be said for the inside fluids. A reduction of the fluid in the fluid storage and a change of properties of the fluid in the injection head, therefore, have a strong correlation with each other. Thus, if the fluid in the injection head is replaced from the fact that the fluid in the fluid storage is reduced by the predetermined amount, the fluid in the injection head can be replaced only when the properties of the fluid are changed.
