Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker for efficiently heating a heated object without having uneven heating. SOLUTION: The heating cooker includes a high-frequency oscillator 8 for oscillating high frequencies for heating the heated object, a waveguide 9 for guiding the high frequencies oscillated from the high-frequency oscillator 8, and an antenna 11 for spreading the high frequencies guided into the waveguide 9 to a heating chamber 2 side. The antenna 11 includes a shaft 12 for spreading the high frequencies guided into the waveguide 9, a branched conductive route 13 formed by extending in a plurality of directions from the shaft 12, and a plurality of high-frequency radiation sections 16 consisting of flat plates 14 and loop conductive routes 15 formed by combining with two places on the flat plates 14, respectively, and combined with the branched conductive routes 13.
