Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide grouped scale cards for a game which has a simple constitution, adopts many elements of play therein, and facilitates the learning of notes. SOLUTION: The grouped scale cards 10 for the game includes a note card group 20 comprising 52 note cards, and a rest card group 30 comprising four rest cards, the note cards are formed with staff notations 26, respectively, and divided into first group to fourth group 21-24 each consisting of 13 cards, wherein each group has 13 note cards of crotchets, half notes, dotted half notes and whole notes which are described at 13 types of positions from the first line on the lower staff to the first line on the upper staff, respectively, and the rest card group comprises 4 cards having a crotchet rest, a half rest, a dotted half rest, and a whole note rest described thereon.
