Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container for microwave oven cooking having an air introducing means so as to prevent the container from crushing when pressure inside the container is lowered as time passes after cooking. SOLUTION: The container 10 for microwave oven cooking has a bottom container 1 having a storing part 11, a lid 2, and a cap 3 having a flange 31. When a pressure inside the container rises while cooking, pressurized cooking while releasing steam can be performed like conventional containers. When the pressure is lowered as time passes after cooking, a tongue part 25 provided for introducing air while decompression is used for taking air into the container by the effect of a notch. Thereby, pressure inside the container is recovered to atmospheric pressure for preventing crushing. Thereafter, the container is kept in a sealed state. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
