Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molded motor that achieves elimination of wear, damage, and breakage or the like of a bearing part by extinguishing a bearing current only by forming a conductive layer on a molded motor by a simple and inexpensive method. SOLUTION: After winding a coil 4 around a stator core 2 covered with an insulating layer 3, a recess 10 is formed in the surface 9 on the outer peripheral side of a motor frame 8 integrally molded by a mold while using an insulating resin. Then, a stator 6 is hermetically sealed by a first conductive layer 22, formed on the surface 14 on the inner peripheral side, and a second conductive layer 23 formed on the surface 9 on the outer peripheral side so as to be conductive with the stator core 2 via an exposed part 13 formed at a part 12 on the end face 11 on the outer peripheral side of the stator core 2. Thus, the coil 4 and a rotor 18 are electrostatically shielded by the conductive layers so as to extinguish a bearing current. Consequently, it is possible to obtain a molded motor that achieves elimination of wear, damage, and breakage or the like of a bearing part. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
