Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve strength of a hood part regarding a connector housing. SOLUTION: A housing 41 is equipped with the hood part 50 capable of fitting the counter housing 11, a lock arm 52 which is formed in a space secured by partly notching the hood part 50 and capable of retaining the counter housing 11 in a fitted state, a lock protecting part 53 which is installed at the hood part 50 and arranged at a sideward position of the lock arm 52, a first lock support part 57 to couple the lock arm 52 and the lock protecting part 53, and a reinforcing part 59 which is formed in a space surrounded by the hood part 50, the lock protecting part 53, and the first lock supporting part 57, and coupled with the hood part 50 and the lock protecting part 53.
