SOLUTION: A retrieval condition input part 110 displays information of a plurality of experiments performed to estimate an edge on a retrieval screen, and inputs a Z score, dynamic characteristics, genes, or the like as retrieval conditions 310a designated by a user. A retrieval part 120 specifies an edge that coincides with the retrieval conditions 310a on the basis of an edge table 220 in which information, such Z scores, dynamic characteristics, genes of edges is set.
