Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the transfer of a force primarily for a rachet in one direction cannot make use of the whole reciprocating force of vibration since a vibration force caused by an impact is used as energy. SOLUTION: The rachet-structured gear wheels are rotated in opposite directions by a vibration rack, and engagement and release are repeated alternately. The engagement and release of the reciprocating vibration force are set in the same direction for the rachet-structured gear wheels.
