Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust device capable of suppressing the enlargement of a saddle type vehicle while securing required performance when equipped with an expansion chamber coupled to an exhaust pipe extending from an engine, and a saddle type vehicle equipped with the exhaust device. SOLUTION: An exhaust device 100 included in a motorcycle is equipped with a reflux pipe 130 for communicating with an exhaust chamber 120. The reflux pipe 130 is composed of a first pipe 131 extending from exhaust chamber 120 to the outside of the exhaust chamber 120, and a second pipe 132 communicating with the exhaust chamber 120, and besides communicating with the first pipe 131. The exhaust chamber 120 includes a communication part 122 for making the first pipe 131 communicate with the exhaust pipe 110 in the exhaust chamber 120. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
