Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user terminal with information for screen display suitable for capability and use environment of the user terminal. SOLUTION: An information provision device for screen display which provides the user terminal with the information for screen display for displaying a screen on the user terminal includes means for: determining a terminal type of the user terminal; transmitting a program for test to the user terminal, receiving performance termination notification transmitted from the user terminal by execution of the program for test by the user terminal, and calculating time after transmission of the program for test until reception of the performance termination notification; determining terminal environment of the user terminal from the terminal type and the calculated time; converting the information for screen display according to a display method corresponding to the terminal environment; and transmitting the converted information for screen display to the user terminal.
