SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus 2 is equipped with a disaster detecting part 105 which detects occurrence of the disaster, and a flag preserving part 101 which preserves a processing flag on occasion of disaster for each function that limits execution when the disaster occurs. When the disaster detecting part 105 detects the disaster, the image forming apparatus 2 is controlled to prevent the function judged to be limited from execution on the basis of a value of the processing flag on occasion of disaster.
