Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substantial benefit exceeding that of the conventional art including use simplicity by an operator, quick decision for one or a plurality of analytes in situ, and a throwing away methodology for minimizing a contamination risk by an operator or a patient. SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a non-returnable cartridge that is designed so that it can adapt against an assay for deciding analytes in a biological sample, which uses various real time assay protocol, preferably an aspect of an immunosensor or a biosensor based on other ligand/ligand receptor. The cartridge provides new features for processing a sample portion measured, controlling the movement of a sample in the cartridge or a second liquid exactly and flexibly, correcting a solution by a further compound between assay methods, and constructing the immunosensor that can adapt for measuring various analytes.
