PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a differential limiting device enable to additionally provide an electronic control type differential limiting device in a torque sensing type LSD center differential device at low costs by preventing mutual interference of clutch fastening force by a torque cam, clutch fastening force by electronic control and thrust force by a reduction gear with each other so as to prevent an influence of the thrust force by the reduction gear to the clutch fastening force. SOLUTION: A clutch hub 152 for pushing a wet-type multiple disc clutch 154 of a torque sensing type LSD 15 from the front to the rear by using a torque cam 153 is interposed between a ring gear 144 of a planetary gear device 14 and a rear wheel output shaft 13, and the wet-type multiple disc clutch 154 of the torque sensing type LSD 15 and a retainer plate 155 restricted in backward movement thereof are provided between opposite surfaces of an inner peripheral part of a clutch drum 151 and the clutch hub 152, and an electronic control type differential limiting device 16 is arranged to push the wet-type multiple disc clutch 154 from the rear to the front.
