SOLUTION: The photocatalyst composite material is a composite material of a photocatalytic oxide and a metal having smaller affinity for an oxygen than a metal element constituting the oxide, wherein the photocatalytic oxide is produced/dispersed in at least a part of a surface and the inside of the metal in at least one form of granular shape and plate-like shape.
