Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relieve loads applied to the lower back when a user lies and to allow the user to easily turn over while sleeping. SOLUTION: The knee support is located under a knee K of the user lying on the back to support the knee K. The knee support has an upward inclined surface 20A corresponding to the thigh U of the user to be gradually inclined upward from the part corresponding to the waist part B toward the part corresponding to the knee K, a downward inclined surface 20B corresponding to the lower leg L of the user to be gradually inclined downward from the part corresponding to the knee K to the part corresponding to the heel H, and a sideways inclined surface 30 formed in a part of the left or right end of the knee support to be gradually inclined downward from the center in the left/right direction to the left or right end. The front half part/rear half part of each left or right side edge is a side edge part corresponding to the thigh or lower leg when lying to be gradually inclined outward/inward from the front to the rear side.
