PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal crimping device capable of carrying out precise positioning of crimping terminals and a wire terminal upon crimping. SOLUTION: The terminal crimping device, crimping a wire terminal to crimping terminals continuously set at equal intervals at a side edge of a tie-plate terminal carrier intermittently moved in a constant direction and having an open-state crimping barrel at a base end, is provided with a terminal carrier positioning fixing means having positioning pilot holes at portions shifted from continuously set portions of the crimping terminals of the terminal carrier, for positioning and fixing the terminal carrier by inserting positioning pins into the pilot holes, a wire terminal feeding means for moving forward the wire terminal toward the crimping terminals of the terminal carrier positioned and fixed at a side opposite to a crimping terminal side of the terminal carrier, and wire stopping means for stopping forward movement of the wire terminal when the moved-forward wire terminal is fed to a given position of the crimping barrel of the crimping terminal.
