Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature control object fluid with a uniform temperature distribution by minimizing temperature unevenness sometimes caused in the temperature control object fluid receiving cooling operation in an evaporator. SOLUTION: A refrigerating cycle is provided wherein a refrigerant c circulates in a compressor 9, a condenser 10, an expansion valve 11, a first evaporator 3a, and a second evaporator 3b in a described order. It is composed such that temperature control of the temperature control object fluid A1 can be carried out by carrying out heat exchange of the refrigerant c flowing in the first evaporator 3a with the temperature control object fluid A1 to cool the temperature control object fluid A1, and heating the temperature control object fluid A1 cooled by the first evaporator 3a by a first heating means 4a. The second evaporator 3a is used as an evaporator for superheating providing a superheated state of the refrigerant c advected from the first evaporator 3a to the compressor 9.
