PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a buried pipe having strength and a reinforcing method of the buried pipe, because replacing an old buried pipe, though being ideal, requires much time and cost, thus resulting in repair of the buried pipe, and for such repair, a plastic-made tubular body is bonded to the inner surface of the buried pipe in such a way that a tubular body made of a plastic sheet such as of polypropylene or polyethylene is inserted into the buried pipe, and is inflated by heat or compressed air to be adhered to the buried pipe, but sticking an inflatable plastic sheet onto the inner surface is as effective as for sealing a small crack, and the tubular body does not provide such sufficient strength as to prevent breakage when a load is applied to the crack again. SOLUTION: Reinforced woven fabric is composed of woven fabric of weaving carbon fiber, and exists inside the buried pipe, and is reinforced in a state of further fixing a plastic sheet on its inside.
