Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a room-temperature-curable polyorganosiloxane composition capable of giving a surface-delustered silicone rubber with no decline in physical properties. SOLUTION: The room-temperature-curable polyorganosiloxane composition comprises (A) 100 pts.wt. of a substantially straight-chain polyorganosiloxane 20-1,000,000 cSt in viscosity at 25°C with its molecular chain end(s) blocked with a silanol group or silicon atom-bound hydrolyzable group, (B) 0.1-15 pts.wt. of an organosilicon compound having in one molecule three or more silicon atom-bound hydrolyzable groups, (C) 0-15 pts.wt. of a condensation reaction catalyst, (D) 100-400 pts.wt. of an untreated heavy calcium carbonate or heavy calcium carbonate surface-treated with a resin acid and (E) 1-200 pts.wt. of an untreated light calcium carbonate or light calcium carbonate surface-treated with a resin acid; wherein at least one of the components D and E must have been treated with the resin acid, and the component D stands at 50-99.9 wt.% in the total amount of the components D and E.
