Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of determining presence or absence of water leakage of a cooling pipe of a steam condenser without time and effort. SOLUTION: The presence or absence of water leakage of the cooling pipe 14 is determined by stopping supply of cooling water to a first cooling pipe group 15A to be an object of determination, filling a body part 13 with water 30 with dissolved fluorescent paint, applying a black light 31 into a first cooling pipe 15A interior from an end, and judging whether or not luminescence of the fluorescent paint dissolved in the water 30 can be confirmed by application of the black light 31 into a cooling pipe 14 interior.
