Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shelf device capable of enhancing the reliability of a system by preventing an IC tag from being non-readable in the system for managing articles by reading the IC tags of the articles by an antenna device provided on the shelf device. SOLUTION: An antenna device 7 is arranged inside of a shelf device 1 (for example, on a back plate 5), and an IC tag 8a is provided on a back side of an article 8. A stopper 9 for preventing any large deviating movement of the article 8 in its forward direction is provided on a part close to a front end of a shelf plate 3. Even when the article 8 is subjected to any action for the forward movement by the vibration or the like, the article 8 is not largely separated from the antenna device 7, and the reading function of the IC tag 8a by the antenna device 7 is not impaired. In particular, the shelf device is preferable for a movable shelf on which the article 8 is easily subjected to the deviating movement. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
