Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving device which can protect a rotor when two bobbins are fixed by laser welding and can have enough strength after laser welding. SOLUTION: A stepping motor comprises a first bobbin 5, a second bobbin 7, and a magnetic pole section 6a, which are arranged from outside toward inside when viewed from the position whereon laser is to be cast.
