Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To limit processing of network registration by a communication terminal having an insufficient processing capacity. SOLUTION: The communication terminal holds notification approval information indicating whether the information of a network is notified to other communication terminal requesting registration to the network or not, compares the processing capacity of the terminal with that of other communication terminal connected through a network, and sets disapproval of notice in the notification approval information if the processing capacity of the terminal is lower than that of other communication terminal as a result of comparison.
