PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rainwater takeout device for rainwater, excellent in maintenance characteristics by which maintenance work is facilitated, a filter is hardly clogged with trash, and maintenance period of which can be extended comparatively longer. SOLUTION: An inner cylindrical part 9 extends upward in a rainwater discharging path from a bottom part of a rainwater discharging part 7, and communicates with a connection part 5. An opening part 13 having a plan shape corresponding to an outer shape of the inner cylindrical part 9 is formed in a vertically piercing manner. The filter 12 having an outer shape corresponding to the inner peripheral shape of the rainwater discharging part is detachably and internally fitted between the inner surface of the rainwater discharging part and the outer surface of the inner cylindrical part in a filling manner. An upper end of the internally fitted filter is positioned higher than the upper end of the inner cylindrical part and the upper end of a coupling part of the rainwater discharging part to a rainwater takeout part 8.
