PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively protect the privacy of an occupant, in addition to improving a getting in/out property at night, in a vehicular lighting device equipped with a slide door. SOLUTION: The lighting device equipped to a vehicle is provided with: a slide door 20 covering a doorway Hs of a vehicle cabin side part so as to open/close and opened by moving rearward; a second seat 12 arranged close to the doorway; and a middle pillar 6 extending in a vertical direction at a front edge portion of the doorway. A pillar concentration lighting portion 50 to light up when the occupant gets on/off the vehicle is provided on the vehicle cabin inner side of the middle pillar. The pillar concentration lighting portion is provided with a lower opening limiting a radiating direction so as to point to an area in a vehicle cabin lower than a belt line Lb of the vehicle.
