Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the configuration of a device by detecting the presence of a trouble by a prescribed detection method without using any special devices. SOLUTION: When input signals from a plurality of transmission lines 119, 120 are selected and output by a change-over switch 125 as a line switching means, and an optical/electric transducer 122 used as a detection signal output means outputs a contact signal, namely a detection signal indicating the presence of trouble following variations in a level of the input signal, a programmable controller 126 as a control means changes the line to a change-over switch 125 based on the contact signal.
