PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means of managing articles, which efficiently changes the prices of the articles without exchanging the price labels of all the articles, in managing window-display articles whose prices are changed with the lapse of time. SOLUTION: One of a plurality of kinds of classification codes is kept attached to the individual articles displayed in a shop. A common price of the articles with the classification code attached thereto is determined for each classification code. After the time elapses, the common price is changed. The determined or changed common price for each classification code is displayed in the shop.
