Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem, in the conventional Drop method, wherein sample molecules must accumulate non-uniformly and with a large number of layers on an ionizing substrate, and to derive the performance of the SALDI-MS method, which is difficult in the conventional Drop method. SOLUTION: A Dipping (Dip) method, in which the sample is dissolved into a solvent and dip the ionizing substrate into that solution, rather than dropping sample containing solution onto the ionizing substrate, is established. Thereby the sample molecules adsorb stably to the adsorption site on the ionizing substrate. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
