SOLUTION: This (thiophene/phenylene) co-oligomer expressed by formula (1) [wherein, R1to R5and R6to R10are each independently H, F, a 1-12C alkyl, a 1-6C alkoxy or a 1-6C perfluoroalkyl; (n) is an integer of 3 to 12; R11, R12are each independently H or a 1-12C alkyl, nR11are each the same or different, nR12are each the same or different, and provided that at least one of the nR11and nR12bonded with the thiophene ring is a 1-12C alkyl] and having an asymmetric structure in terms of right and left is provided.
