PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treating method of a concrete molded product which enhances alkalinity of the interior of the concrete molded product and suppresses a deterioration of a steel in the interior of the concrete and the lowering of the strength of the concrete molded product caused by the deterioration by an easy method without providing damage to the concrete molded product, and to provide a concrete-permeative alkaline treatment liquid using therein. SOLUTION: The concrete-permeative alkaline treatment liquid includes 0.1-10% by mass of a cationic surfactant and an alkali agent, and has pH of ≥11. Such treatment liquid is brought into contact with the concrete molded product and is penetrated into the interior thereof, and thereby the interior of the concrete molded product can be alkalinized.
