Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relay assembly in which a bounce of a movable relay contact and a static relay contact can be reduced. SOLUTION: The relay assembly 10 is provided with a coil 16 and a static contact 14 having a first contact surface. At least one part of the first contact surface demarcates a wiping contact surface. The relay assembly is furthermore provided with a movable contact 12 having a second contact surface for demarcating a contact region which abuts with the first contact surface. The movable contact moves along a rebound passage different from a driving passage after an initial collision with the static contact. The static contact has a direction or a shape with which the movable contact can abut with at least one part of the wiping contact surface and make a wiping, when the movable contact moves along the rebound passage.
