Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the risk of fuel leaking out, from inside of a fuel tank to outside of the fuel tank. SOLUTION: A pair of conductive members 7 of the sensor body of an alcohol density sensor comprises a first conductive part 11, pulled out to the outside of a casing 4 from a tip electrode part 6, immersed in alcohol-mixed fuel pressurized by a fuel pump penetrating through a first through-hole 21 of the casing 4; and a second conductive part 12, pulled out to the outside of the fuel tank from the first conductive part 11, penetrating a second through-hole at the upper wall part 1 of the tank. Namely, a first seal part 17 is formed in between the first conductive part 11 of the pair of conductive members 7, having no insulating cover, such as, an insulating film and the casing 4 so that the fuel flow-out path where the alcohol mixing fuel pressurized by the fuel pump leaks from the inside of the fuel tank to the outside of the fuel tank is eliminated.
