Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shoe sole capable of meeting various requests of consumers by providing a shoe wearer not only with excellent cushioning properties but also with a sense of walking on a sand beach. SOLUTION: The sole 10 is constituted by a heel support part 11 for supporting the heel of the wearer; an arch support part 12 for supporting the arch of the wearer; and a toe support part 13 for supporting the toe of the wearer. A spring SAwhich can be displaced in the direction of thickness of the heel support part 11 is stored in the heel support part 11, and a spring SBwhich can be displaced in the direction of thickness of the arch support part 12 and which has a spring constant KBlarger than the spring constant KAof the spring SA, is stored in the arch support part 12. It is further preferable that a spring SCwhich can be displaced in the direction of thickness of the toe support part 13 and has a spring constant KCsmaller than the spring constant KB, is stored in the toe support part 13.
