Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a security monitoring control system allowing supervisory control of one monitoring terminal always from a plurality of base side devices. SOLUTION: The security supervisory control system performs supervisory control of a plurality of monitoring terminals 20 from the base side devices 10 provided in at least two monitoring bases via a communication network 30. The base side device is provided with: an interface part 12 with the monitoring terminals; an interface part with the base side device of the other base; a database 14 storing various kinds of data including monitoring, control and setting data for monitored terminals; a monitoring operation console 15 for inputting/outputting the various kinds of data; and a control server 11 controlling each component of the base side device. The control server communicates with the other base side device, and synchronizes data for maintaining consistency of the various kinds of data stored in the database at the bases at a prescribed timing.
