Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker, improved in reliability of operation when the operation of the heating cooker is controlled by a plurality of control means including a microcomputer. SOLUTION: A power supply interruption circuit 118 is provided in a power supply line given to a slave microcomputer 112. The operation of the power supply interruption circuit 118 is performed by the main microcomputer 111. In communication between the main microcomputer 111 and the slave microcomputer 112, when the slave microcomputer 112 receives abnormal data and such receipt is discriminated by the main microcomputer 111, the power supply interruption circuit 118 is operated by the main microcomputer 111, thereby temporarily suspending the supply of power to the slave microcomputer 112 to reset and initialize the slave microcomputer. The slave microcomputer 112 is a control part for administering the control over a display part 10A and key dials 10B, 10C, 10D, and even if the slave microcomputer 112 is reset and initialized, failure in cooking is not caused.
