PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical paste injection kneader permitting efficient agitation and injection. SOLUTION: The medical paste injection kneader 1 includes a cylinder 2, a partition device 3a slidable inside the cylinder, a stopper 4 capable of engaging or disengaging the partition device 3a to the opening side of the cylinder 2, a shaft part 3b inserted into a shaft insertion hole 300 of the partition device 3a, capable of reciprocating in the axial direction and rotating around the axis, and an agitator part 3c and a handle part 3d provided at the shaft part 3b. The handle part 3d is axially attached to an end of the shaft part 3b in such a way as oscillatable, and the agitator part 3c is operated with the handle part 3d facing in the direction orthogonally crossing the axis of the shaft part 3b. The handle part 3d is rotated in the direction parallel to the axis of the shaft part 3b so that the end of the handle part 3d abuts on the partition device 3a, and in this state, the handle part 3d is pressed to force the partition device 3a into the cylinder 2.
