Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a conventional graphite substrate has a poor detection sensitivity and requires a high laser power for ionization and, to make matters worse, many peaks originated from graphite are observed such as like a fatal defect. SOLUTION: It is expected that by removing a graphite sample on the surface of a graphite substrate, it is used as an ionization substrate having a very high performance. That is, a graphite thin film constructed of a graphite microcrystal is adhered on the substrate, and the graphite portion deposited on the adhered layer is removed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
