Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel removing instrument capable of easily removing even a heavy panel member with large rough surface from a free access floor. SOLUTION: The panel removing instrument comprises a panel pressing part 42 abutting on the upper face of the panel member 82A of the free access floor 80, and a panel locking part 36 operated by an operating part 32 to abut against the lower face of the panel member 82A. The panel locking part 36 is constituted to abut against the lower face of the panel member 82A to clamp the panel member 82A in the thickness direction between itself and the panel pressing part 42.
