Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify and miniaturize a positioning system for a radiotherapy apparatus and to improve positioning accuracy. SOLUTION: A drive mechanism 2 of a patient support table 1 includes a rotational driving part 3 installed in a treatment room floor face 50, a vertical driving part 4 held to the rotational driving part, and a horizontal driving part 5 held to the vertical driving part. An image receiving apparatus 11 of a first X-ray imaging apparatus 10A is supported to the rotational driving part 3 by a support member 13. The X-ray imaging apparatus 10A is coaxially arranged on a rotation axis 20 of the rotational driving part 3, and the vertical driving part 4 is arranged in a position to cross the rotation axis 20 of the rotational driving part 3. The patient support table 1 is held by the horizontal driving part 5 and a support part 4a of the vertical driving part located opposed on both sides of the rotation axis 20.
