SOLUTION: This interruption receiving circuit 130 is provided with a chattering removing circuit 120 for outputting an interruption latch signal after a predetermined period of time elapses since the time when an interruption signal from an external circuit is input, a signal comparing part 170 for latching the interruption signal by the interruption latch signal and comparing a value latched at this time with a value latched at the last time, and a time updating part 172 for prolonging and updating the predetermined time when the value at this time and the value at the last time agree in the comparison.
