Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motorcycle that positively enables a driver to hear an operating state (or a driven state) of an engine by air-intake sound or the like during traveling. SOLUTION: The motorcycle is configured as follows. An air-intake box 30 is provided above an engine. A fuel tank 23 is arranged above the air-intake box 30. A recessed part 31 is provided at the front part of the fuel tank 23 so as to be recessed toward the vehicle-body rear part. The recessed part 31 is provided with a key cylinder 34 and a cover 35 covering the key cylinder 34. The front part of the air-intake box 30 is extended to the lower part of the recessed part 31 so as to form an opening part 42, opened toward the air-intake box 30, in the cover 35.
